Exchange and refund Period:

Exchanges and refunds are available within 14 days from the order delivery date.

Product Condition:

To accept an exchange request, products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and still in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Refund Money:

processed via bank transfer or money transfer after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for shipping costs for online exchanges when returning the product to us.
